Dx - Is this Blue Rubber Bleb Naevus Syndrome?(Bean Syndrome)

If yes then how to treat these lesions?
Should I organise GIT endoscopy for any lesions in the GIT that might bleed?

This could be the Blue Rubber Bleb nevus syndrome as you say. The lesions are big enough but should be firm "like a rubber nipple" Is there any history of bowel bleeding or anaemia? If so then bowel endoscopy is necessary See this GI reference (Submitted By: Dr Ian McColl)

Now that you describe the lesions ,the bigger lesions were quit firm & rubbery.
To be honest I had no idea what these were, & read & researched after the patient left.
But he is coming back as I promised to put his case up for comments form my teachers & colleagues

Possible Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome , or Venous hemangiomas
