Differential Diagnosis

History: This girl presented with 3 months history of erythematous slightly scaly dermatitis-like linear rash started behind the heel of right lower limb and extended within a matter of weeks proximally to the right buttok. It is interesting to note that this band-like rash surrounded by slight hypopigmented shadow on both sides of the rash.
