History: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory non infectious skin disease  affecting about 1-2 % of the general population. It is characterized by well-demarcated bright red plaques covered with white silvery scales. It can involve any body area like the scalp, extensor extremities, flexures, palms and soles and the nails. However, rarely it predominantly involves the face. In this case an old woman presented with classical psoriatic lesions mainly involving the face of > one year duration. Scattered lesions affecting the forearms also were found.
