History: 24 hours old neonate with dermatosis sparing only mucosae and genital area. consisting of 1-3mm pustules, scattered mostly, without any systemic affection. pediatrician states pustules were visible right after birth. smear of 1 pustule revealed 1 neutrophil only. No lab abnormalities.
