History: This 14-year-old boy developed a red scaly annular plaque on the left upper chest about one month earlier. It was followed a week later by a widespread minimally pruritic papulosquamous eruption mainly involving the trunk, comprised of multiple red annular plaques with central trailing collarette of scale.
