Differential Diagnosis

History: A 34 yr old farmer having a rural background, first noticed a small papular lesion over his nose 6 months ago.It gradully increased in size in due course to attain the present size.It was asymptomatic in nature.The patient had no other suggestive illness.Family history was negative for tuberculosis.
