History: This is a Porokeratosis of Mibelli.It is often solitary and slowly growing.There is a small risk a Squamous cell skin cancer may develope.Always biopsy the advancing edge of the lesion to show the characteristic coronoid lamella.The outer edge is inflammed in this cae because it has been treated with efudix cream.The treatment was not successful.
