History:

Severe psoriasis started on adalimumab (Humira). Shortly after first injections, developed localized wheals at injection sites, which also spread inferiorly. Intense itching. Treated with high dose antihistamione and topical steroid, with resolution. Switched to a different biological (anti0IL17) without incident.
