History: This young man presented with a few years history of developing a recurrent progressive eruption comprised of greyish brown, reticulate, scaly plaques and papules on the trunk, neck, face and extremities. KOH preparation of the scale was negative for any fungal elements and the eruption responded well to oral minocycline.
