History:

Patient of Dr

A man of 70s developed these rashes all over body.. Initially generalised maculopapular rash followed by erythema multiforme like rash mainly on L legs.
Itchy and feeling hot..
Started digoxin and spironolactone 3 wks before rash.

Good thought about urticarial vasculitis Wes with that peripheral accentuated area. If no real history of urticarial lesions then erythema multiforme is more likely. It could be drug induced but also look for pre existing herrpes virus infection either type1 or type 2. (Submitted By: Dr Ian McColl)
