History:

Case of Dr A Almuslehi -

40 years old male has got these itchy red scaly rash on his right thigh several months ago ,he went to GP doctor and he gave him betamethasone creams ,and prednisolone tabs.
the itch has resolved temporarly when he took the medication but the lesion is still there and he got red striae
he noticed also that the lesion has developed also on his right anterior forearm 4 weeks ago which again he used betamethasone cream on it
I diagnosed him as tinea incognito which proved by KOH scrapping
treatment
oral terbinafine and terbinafine cream
loratidine tabs for itch
