History:

Patient of Dr A Almuslehi

30 YEARS OLD MALE CAME WITH THESE TARGET SLIGHTLY ITCHY SLIGHTLY RAISED PAPULES --SOME OF THEM WITH BLISTERS
HE HAD HERPES SIMPLEX COUPLE WEEKS AGO WHICH GET CURED NOW
DIAGNOSIS---------ERYTHEMA MULTIFORME
TREATMENT
ORAL PREDNISOLONE 5MG TWICE DAILY FOR ONE WEEK TAPERED TO 5MG ONCE DAILY NEXT WEEK
TOPICAL STEROIDS

Excellent example of the target lesions of Erythema multiforme. Secondary syphilis would not give haemorrhagic blisters like this.
