31 year old woman
Presented with hyperhydrosis & smelly feet
No itch , pain or discomfort
Diagnosis
Pitted Keratolysis
Rx
Erythromycin 250 mg QID for 6 days
Keep feet dry & open shoewear.

Smelly Feet ,Hyperhidrosis and Cluster of punched out pits on soles --> Pitted Keratolysis

Treatment
Topical Clindamycin or Fusidic Acid and
Oral Erythromycin .

20 % Aluminium Chloride Hexahydrate Solution Nocte to Control Hyperhidrosis.

aluminium zirconium compounds are newer generation antiperspirants much better tolerated by the skin and are less likely to cause irritation
