Case of Dr Myo Tun

A man of 70s developed these rashes all over body.. Initially generalised maculopapular rash followed by erythema multiforme like rash mainly on L legs.
Itchy and feeling hot..
Started digoxin and spironolactone 3 wks before rash.

Urticarial vasculitis could look similar . It would fluctuate more.
