History:

Marked burning erythema, swelling and papulopustular rash predominantly on the butterfly area of the face of three years duration. There was poor response to multicourses of systemic with and without topical antibiotics. She prescribed isotretinoin 10 mg per day plus an emollient that gave satisfying result within 10-12 weeks.
