History:

An asymptomatic atrophic scar-like depressed plaque with partial crustation distorting part the upper lip of one and a half year duration. Incisional biopsy revealed an infiltrative morpheic BCC. The patient was referred to plastic surgery for definitive reconstructive treatment.
