History:

 A middle-aged woman with typical rosacea. Papulopustules, erythema with swelling and blepharitis involved the face especially the butterfly prominent parts of the face of one year duration. Doxycyclin 100 mg once daily plus Tacrolimus ointment 0.1% combined with Hydrocrtisone 1% ointment at night gave good control after six weeks.
