History:

 A pruritic slightly scaly erythematous patch/ plaque of two months duration. The whole lesion was red and active, although the periphery was a little bit more active. Griseofulvin 10 mg per kg body weight as one dose per day plus topical clotrimazole cream twice daily cured the pathology within four weeks.
