Differential Diagnosis
History:
Nummular eczema-like tinea corporis involving the lower leg of 4 weeks duration. KOH wet mount preparation was positive for dermatophytes. Topical AZOLE antifungal cream twice daily for 4 weeks eradicated the lesion.
