History:

Pruritic, bilateral, well-demarcated, dull-red scaly plaques confined to both legs of one year duration. No associated findings elsewhere (skin, hair and nails) and no systemic symptoms. The rash has some features of lichen planus (itchy and purplish colour) and many features of psoriasis (scaly with white silvery scales in some areas, well-demarcated bilateral and symmetrical). Auspitz sign was positive and some lesions when disappeared left hypopigmentation rather than hypepigmentation. Good response has been obtained on Daivobet ointment treatment.
