History:

This 25-year-old married female presented with very itchy multiple closely set papules over the genitals.

The lesions had been present for the last two years.

There was no history suggestive of risk of acquiring any STD.

Conyloma acuminata and verrucae vulgares are known to occur in this area. Verruca plana over the genital is not seen commonly by the author. Shaving of the area contributes to spread and persistence of lesions.

Topical 5% immiquimod helps in these cases.
