History: This picture is very suggestive of Bed Bug bite reactions with their linear arrangement..The lesions are due to a hypersensitivity to the saliva of the bed bug giving rise to urticarial ,papular and plaque reactions at bite sites. The bedbug can produce several bites in a linear arrangement in the one night..Hepatitis B may be spread by bed bugs.
