History: Lichen nitidus is made up of multiple uniform micropapules typically seen on the penis and lower abdomen, inner thighs and flexor surfaces of the wrists.Rarely the papules coalesce to form plaques. The condition is usually slowly progressive but some cases respond to strong topical steroids and others mysteriously just disappear..Usually the condition is not itchy in comparison to micropapular lichen planus.
