Differential Diagnosis
History:
A 50-year-old man presented with a rounded ulcer on the side of the nose of more than one year duration. The ulce was about 1 cm in diameter with a pigmented border and friable base with an easily bleeding tendency. It has been excized with a suitable safety margin and primarily sutured.
