History:

An 18-month-old infant presented with a well-demarcated, large polycyclic red scaly plaque with more active scaly border involved most of the back region and another circinate scaly plaque on the arm of three months duration. KOH scale examintion showed fungal elements. No similar family history and no contact with domestic animals. Excellent response was obtained on oral griseofulvin thearpy for 5-6 weeks.
