History: There are several variants of Porokeratoses. These are the Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratoses. They are seen on the arms and legs in sunexposed areas but curiously seldom on the face. The condition is inherited as an autosomal dominant disorder but takes many years of sun exposure before the lesions develope.Rarely squamous cell skin cancer can develope within the confines of the encircling coronoid lamella.
