Differential Diagnosis

History:

A 78-year-old woman presented with an erythematous, butterfly, papulopustular rash and swelling of the face of many years duration. The condition characterized by exacerbations and remissions. The rash responded with partial improvement  on prolonged usage of topical &/or systemic antibiotics.

N.B. Rosacea usually affects young adult and middle aged women (20-60 years).
