History:

Bullous pilomatricoma is a rare variant of piloatrixoma. It presents as a bullous lesion with positive transillumination. Here is a case of this variant  on the upper arm of one year duration. It has been removed surgically and sent for histological examination which revealed an encapsulated mass composed of solid masses of basophilic cells and eosinophilic shadow cells.
