History:

A 78-year-old woman in a bad general condition with history of hypertension and ischemic heart disease of many years duration. She presented with one month history of itchy purpuric rash on the limbs. The rash composed of purpuric papules and nodules with necrotic centers. Skin biopsy showed leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
