History:

Few asymptomatic red indurated infiltrative slowly growing plaques confined to the face (forehead and cheeks). The plaque on the forhead has left some atrophic scar in the center. Diascopy showed apple jelly nodules and skin biopsy has confirmed lupus vulgaris.
