History:

A solitary, circinate, annular, red scaly plaque with activity concentrated near the margin of the lesion on the radial side of the dorsum of the hand of three weeks duration. Family history of tinea (dermatophytosis) was pisitive. KOH examination of lesional scales yielded fugal hyphae and spores.
