History:

This girl developed many annular red plaques with active borders and clear centers on the trunk and upper limbs of two months duration. She had history of contact with sheep and many members of her family had similar lesions. KOH preparation from lesional scales revealed fungal hyphae. Six-week-course of griseofulvin therapy cured the condition.
