History:

Multiple, bilateral, symmetrical, well-demarcated, pruritic, red scaly plaques affecting the forearms, legs and hands of many months duration. The scaly nature of psoriatic lesions were somehow in apparent in this case due to topical corticosteroids used by the patient few weeks prior to presentation.
