History: This gentleman shows the typical morphology of an ulcerating basal cell skin cancer around the eye.The pearly nature of the lesion is best shown by pulling the skin tight.A basal cell skin cancer is a localised lesion which does not spread elsewhere. However in this site it should be surgically excised.
