Differential Diagnosis

History:

Recent onset of asymptomatic elogated, keratotic papule. This is classic cutaenous horn. it is important to include an ample portion of the base in pathology specimen, as the lesion may grow from both benign (wart), premalignant (AK) and malignant (SCCA) lesions. In this case, the underlying lesion was a veruuca.
