History:

A young adult patient developed increasing number of bilateral symmetrical skin-colored to brownish discrete waxy translucent papules involved the face specially on the cheeks. The lesions were noticed since age of 4-5 years. No other cutaneous or systemic manifestations of tuberous sclerosis had been found and the patient has had normal mentality.
