Differential Diagnosis

History:

One and a half year history of an asymptomatic nodular lesion on the forehead that developed central ulceration at last six months. The lesion had pearly rolled up border and easily bleeding tendency. Excisional biopsy proved the diagnosis of noduloulcerative BCC,
