History:

 Exophytic multinodular tumor involved the preauricular region of an about 5 years duration. The tumor was painless and non-tender with an easily bleeding tendency (bleeding within the tumor mass is evident in the presented photo). Lymph node examination was negative and excisional biopsy revealed BCC.
