Differential Diagnosis

History:

Multiple, asymptomatic, red-brown papules affecting the cheeks epecially the perinasal regions seen since early childhood. The patient has normal mentality, negative family history of similar condition and apart from these angiofibromas (adenoma sebaceum) no other manifestations of tuberous sclerosis.
