Differential Diagnosis

History:

An annular erythematous plaque consisted of few concentric rings with an active border and clear center involved the glabrous skin of the forehead of two months duration. Gradual peripheral extension of the plaque was noticed by the patient. KOH wet mount preparation was positive for fungal hyphae and spores.
