History: A more than one year history of pruritic scaly erythematous (psoriasiform or eczematous-like) rash involved the palmar and dorsal surfaces of both hands. It has been treated with many topical preparations including steroids, antibiotics and antifungals with partial improvement each time followed by worst exacerbation. At time of presentation an active scaly border was seen from which scales were taken and examined with KOH mount smear which yielded positive result for fungi.
