Differential Diagnosis

History: A middle-aged housewife woman presented with an asymptomatic, solitary, hemispherical pinkish nodule with central crust of three weeks duration. The lesion accepts three differential diagnoses; inflammed mulloscum contagiosum, orf and keratoacanthoma. On curettage of the lesion a cheesy core material was seen making mulloscum contagiosum the final diagnosis.
