Differential Diagnosis

History: A fair-skinned adult man presented with an oval, pinkish, translucent nodule (2x1cm) in the forehead with a prominent surface telangectases, rolled up border and a central scaphoid like ulcer. It has been excised with a suitable safe margin and sent for histological examination which proved a nodulo-ulcerative BCC diagnosis.
