History: Perforating Granuloma Annulare usually appears on the dorsal hands and presents as papules with a central keratotic core. This core represents transepidermal eliminat~on of the degenerated material in the center of GA lesions. Here is a case of generalized perforating GA in a healthy individual (no DM or any other systemic disease)
