History: Three itchy red scaly plaques with active borders and clear centers involving the forearm of prepubertal girl of two months duration. No history of contact with a domestic animal or previous drug intake. Family history of similar problem was negative. The diagnosis has been proved by positive KOH examination of lesional scales.
