History: A young-adult presented with 3 months history of a mildly pruritic, linear, continuous, band-like, erythematous to brown dermatitis rash extended from the wrist along the entire left upper limb onto the trunk. There were neither associated skin lesions elsewhere in the body nor mucous membrane involvement.
