History: A primary large pinkish red oval patch with peripheral collarate scale appeared on the chest with its logtudinal axis was parallel to the ribs' lines. Five days later, it was followed by the appearance of few similar but smaller red patches on the back. KOH preparation of peripheral scale was negative for dermatophytes. The lesions were mildly itchy, appeared for the first time and there was no previous drug intake.
