History: Older female who presented with multiple annular, erythematous, slightly pruritic plaques on both arms. Diabetes, autoimmune thyroid disease, and HIV sought, but not found. Case is unusual for late age of onset without underlying etiology. Responded well to topical steroid under occlusion and spot intralesional TAC 5mg/ml.
