History: Five days after the onset of herpes labialis infection, this lady suffered many mildly pruritic red papules and plaques with an urticated appearance, some lesions were small in size with target appearance and others were large-sized with an elevated and irregular border (map-like configuration). The lesions involved chiefly the dorsal surfaces of the forearms and hands bilaterally but in asymmetrical manner.
