Differential Diagnosis

History: This old man had BCC removed three years before with surgical excision (note the scar of previous surgery at the lateral and superior part of the present lesion). Now, the patient presented with a nodulo-ulcerative lesion with easy bleeding tendency. The recurrent lesion is oval in shape and about 7 X 3 cm in diameters with a cystic, rolled up and pigmented edge. It is situated at the lower part of the forehead slightly above and lateral to the left eyebrow (the dangerous zone of the face where the temporal nerve is vulnerable to injury during surgery).
